Where there will be a picture posted daily taken somewhere on this Planet.

There is no doubt that this is technically and artistically a beautiful photograph, but is it a Photo a day from the Planet Earth. I thought that this site was devoted to pictures of our planet. Does this mark a shift in emphasis?
Hi Benn... Thanks for your question... In response:
This site is exactly how it is titled. In this sense, it is a celebration of this Planet Earth in all its glory, warts and all.
So if it is landscapes, food, nature (and therefore portraits of human earthlings), street-art, urban decay... the list can go on... I think you get the idea.
The only limit would be, therefore, astronomical photography. This giant-yet-small Planet of ours is what this site is about.
For the sake of completion there is a link in the left-hand column to the rather wonderful NASA picture of the day website, for those that might need an off-Earth fix after stopping by here!
Thanks for your continuing visits and support Benn.
