Wow - who are these people???
I'm not really sure--perhaps some famous P-town residents? Looks like some kind of memorial. But given that Provincetown is a place where many artists frequent and there are lots of galleries (not all too good in this jaded New Yorker's opinion), I imagine it's an artists installation. Unfortunatly I was on the boat leaving town so could not gather any further information...Just a moment caught in time...
