Great photo Michael - wonderful luminous effect.
I have a photo of this tower taken from a similar spot but in the middle of the day with lots of tourists around - totally different atmosphere!!!!

The construction crane did not catch my eye until the photo was enlarged ... Your comment about "after the tourists have left" is appealing.
